4. JejeAds Credits

JejeAds operates on a credit-based system. Credits are obtained by redeeming JejeAds vouchers and can be used for advertising, boosting listings, and accessing premium features.

Important:

  • Credits are platform-specific and have no cash value.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to other users.
  • Credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Credits expire according to platform policy.

5. Voucher Usage

JejeAds vouchers are prepaid service vouchers used to obtain credits on JejeAds. Once a voucher is redeemed, it is non-refundable and non-reversible.

6. Payments Between Users

JejeAds is an advertising platform only. We do not act as a payment processor or financial institution. All transactions for products and services listed by sellers occur directly between the buyer and the seller.

JejeAds is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or issues arising from transactions between users.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Posting misleading, false, or deceptive advertisements
  • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the system
  • Harassing other users or violating their privacy
  • Uploading harmful content or malware

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

JejeAds shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from user-to-user transactions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party services or vouchers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
